Today is going 75% better.
I taught with a different teacher today and she was ALL about the girl power.
Also, I have been chatting during my lunch hour with one of the grade 11 girls and she is trying SO.HARD.
It is simply impossible to not feel inspired and revitalized when you are around her.

My house still smells like a mixture of metal and smoke.
And one of the students was really down on himself today because he failed one of the university entrance exams. He kept calling himself stupid and saying his dreams were impossible.
That's always heartbreaking.

More positively, only three students out of my 7 classes of 40 failed the English test!

To, too and two. I know, it sucks that there are three of them. But please ... start using them correctly!

Clearly, loudly.

Take one thing you worry about today, and just do it tomorrow.
Do it, and don't look back.
Be decisive, for once.
Be stubborn if you have to.

Do it for yourself.
Love doing it.
Even if you hate it.
When tomorrow comes, gulp back hesitation.

But just do it
